Sonia Balacchi: world champion female pastry

WHO IS:
She is the Pastry-Chef Queen at “Cantina della Gea – Pastry Resort – Tenuta Amalia” in Villa Verucchio. She has been awarded as “World Champion – Female Pastry Queen” as the first womamn in world of this category. She works also as consultant and trainer for Comprital e Mo.Ca/Scuola AiDA, without leaving her role of Pastry&Chocolate Chef, producing her excellences for ceremonies, events and special moments. (www.balacchipastryresort.it)
