How does chocolate grow?

DESCRIPTION:
Which are the features a good chocolate must have? Why can two chocolates be so different? What makes a chocolate better than another? Which are the features to evaluate a chocolate? There are only some of the questions that a chocolate passionate should pose. An introduction to the cocoa cultivation: Caraceni will describe cocoa plants, their processing, the features of their fruits and seeds. Finally, audience will taste different kind of chocolate in order to understand their own peculiarities.
